Creamy Potato Casserole

Ingredients:


8 medium potatoes -- thinly sliced

1 small onion -- chopped

1 can cheddar cheese soup

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon salt -- optional
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Place in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. 2. Cover and bake at 350F for 70-75 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until slightly browned. Lu's Notes: I'd add some pepper to this, and maybe a dash of hot sauce too. I think this would work well in the crock
