Ground Beef and Biscuit Casserole |

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 medium green pepper -- cored and chopped. |
1 medium onion |
1 pound ground beef |
2 teaspoons marjoram -- (or to taste) |
16 Ounces tomatoes |
8 pieces biscuits -- unbaked |

Preparation / Directions:
Saute the green peppers in oil, adding the onions after 1-2 minutes. Continue cooking until onions are translucent. Add ground beef and brown.
Sprinkle in marjoram and add canned tomatoes. Let simmer 5 minutes.
Spray 2-quart casserole dish with Pam. Pour in mixture. Top with biscuits. Heat in 350-degree oven until biscuits are cooked and lightly browned on top.
