Ingredients:


1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup half-and-half or milk

2 cups diced cooked potatoes

1 1/2 cups diced smoked ham

2 tablespoons chopped onion

1 teaspoon salt and freshly ground pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 350ΓΈ. Heat cheese and half-and-half in 1-1/2-quart saucepan, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy; remove from heat. Stir in potatoes, ham, and onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into ungreased 1-1/2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and bake 45 minutes.
