Preparation / Directions:First make a spicy sauce by putting egg yokes, salt, cayenne and vinegar in a bowl. Beat well. Then slowly beat in the oil, tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Mix in the whipped cream, the crab and all other ingredients except avocados and bacon. rrange the mixture in a buttered casserole. Skin and slice the avacados and arrange slices on top. Cover with slices
of bacon. Bake for 25 minutes at 375F.
