Preparation / Directions:1. Place chicken in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with garlic slices all around (under as well) the chicken pieces.
2. Pour the oil and wine over the chicken; then sprinkle the basil, oregano and pepper. Cover the pan tightly with foil.
3. Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
4. Garnish with parsley when you are ready to serve. Good with noodles or rice.
