Ingredients:


2 pounds potato -- frozen hash browns

1/2 cup margarine -- melted

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons onion -- minced

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 cup cream of chicken soup

1 dash sour cream

2 cups american cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Thaw potatoes before mixing. Mix all ingredients and put into 13x9-inch greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
