Ingredients:


24 ounces frozen hash browns -- thawed

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 pint sour cream

2 cups cheddar cheese -- grated

1/2 cup onion -- chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

4 tablespoons butter -- melted

1/2 cup corn flakes -- crushed

2 tablespoons butter -- melted
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine potatoes with soup, sour cream, cheese, onion, butter and seasonings. Pour into baking dish. Combine corn flakes with butter, sprinkle over top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
