Puffy Cheese Bake

Ingredients:


16 slices white bread -- cut into cubes

1 pound sharp cheese -- grated

1/2 pound butter -- melted

8 large eggs

4 cups milk -- (1 qt.)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Arrange bread in buttered rectangular casserole, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour melted butter over cheese. Beat eggs well; add milk and pour over bread mixture. Refrigerate overnight and bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
