Quick Chilicheese Bake

Ingredients:


2/3 Cup shredded -- reduced fat cheddar cheese

1 Can chopped green chilies -- (4 oz.) drained well

1/4 Cup gold medal allpurpose flour

1/2 Cup skim milk

1/2 Cup cholesterolfree egg product or 1 egg plus

2 large egg whites

1/4 Teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 350 degrees, spray 1quart casserole pan with a nonstick cooking spray. Place cheese and chilies in casserole. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth; poor over cheese. Bake uncovered about 45 minutes or until puffy and golden brown and eggs are set.
