Ingredients:


1 stick margarine

1 can mushrooms

1 cup uncooked rice

1 teaspoon oregano

4 medium green onions -- chopped

2 cans beef bouillon

1/2 can water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Saute mushrooms and onions in margarine. Put everything in a casserole dish and cover. Stir ocassionally while cooking. Cook: 450 degrees F for 30 minutes 325 degrees F for 45 minutes
