Ingredients:


1 package potatoes -- peeled and sliced

1 large onion -- sliced

1 can whole tomatoes

1 can corn

1 package polish sausage links

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a heavy pot with a tight fitting lid, layer the potatoes, corn, onions and sausages, season to taste. Top with the large can of whole tomatoes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or 4-6 hours at 225 degrees.
