Preparation / Directions:Prepare evening before.Cook sausage and drain thoroughly on paper towels.Beat the eggs and evaporated milk slightly.Add sausage,cubed bread and cheddar cheese.Pour into 9 x 9" casserole.Cover with foil.Refrigerate overnight.Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until firm in a preheated 350
degree oven. Onions,green peppers and mushrooms can also be added.
