Spinach Casserole

Ingredients:


20 ounces frozen chopped spinach, -- thawed and drained

2 cups cream style cottage cheese

1/2 cup butter or margarine -- cut into pieces

1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, -- 3/4 inch thick

3 large eggs

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt, -- or to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a greased crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for another 4 to 5 hours.
