Preparation / Directions:Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour margarine and corn into casserole. Blend in sour cream. Beat eggs and stir into casserole along with corn muffin mix. Blend thoroughly. Bake about 35 minutes. Serve hot with butter.
