Steak And Potato Casserole

Ingredients:


1 1/2 pounds round steak

1 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon salt and pepper

4 medium potato -- sliced

1 medium onion -- sliced

1/2 cup water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Trim steak and cut into serving pieces. Coat with flour and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Alternate layers of steak, potatoes and onion in slow cooker. Pour water over all ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
