Chicken and Dried Beef Casserole

Ingredients:


4 pieces chicken breast skinned and boned

8 Ounces sour cream

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 bottle dried chipped beef

1 bottle mushrooms sliced and drained

4 slices bacon

1 teaspoon parsley

1 teaspoon paprika
 

Preparation / Directions:


Line casserole dish (9x13") with the dried beef. Place chicken breast on top of beef. Mix together sour cream, soup and sliced mushrooms. Pour on top of chicken and spread evenly. Place bacon strips on top and sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Do not cover. Place in 350° F oven for 1 hour.
