A crowd pleaser and easy to make
 

Ingredients:


1 can green enchilada sauce

1 can cream mushroom soup

1 can crean chicken soup

1 large onion diced small

1 pound ground beef

1 package corn tortillas

3 cups shredded cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large baking dish layer corn tortillas to cover bottom of dish. mix mushroom ,and chicken soup with green enchilada sauce and onions. set a side . Brown ground beef. layer beef over tortillas, then layer soup mixture, layer cheese. repeat layer starting with corn tortillas, meat ,soup, and cheese till last layer hase chees on top. Cook at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes until chesse is melted and mixture is hot service with rice
