A delicious casserole that can be used as a vegetable (side dish for Baked Ham) or as a
dessert. |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Grated |
40 ounces Pineapple Chunk or Tidbit , drained |
5 tablespoons Flour |
3/4 Cup Sugar |
1 Stick Margarine melted |
1 package Ritz Crackers Crushed |

Preparation / Directions:
Spray 9 x 13 Pan with Pam. Place drained pineapple in bottom of pan. Blend flour with sugar or equal and sprinkle over pineapple. Then sprinkle grated cheese over the pineapple. Top with the crushed Ritz Crackers and drizzle margarine over the crackers. Place in preheated 350 degree oven and bake 30 minutes.
This is a great side dish for Baked Ham.
