Ranch Potatoes and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:


1 package ranch potatoes

4 slices process American cheese

2 cups chicken cut-up cooked

10 ounces broccoli frozen chopped, thawed and drained

2 1/4 cups boiling water

3 ounces cream cheese cut into cubes and softened
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 2-quart casserole. Layer uncooked potatoes, American cheese, chicken and broccoli in casserole. Mix boiling water, sauce mix and cream cheese; pour over broccoli. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with topping; bake 3 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
