Preparation / Directions:Brown the ground beef in a small skillet. In a saucepan, boil the rice on High. Slice the onion. Drain the rice and pour into a cake pan (any size). Spread the ground beef on top of the rice, and spread 1 package of cheese on top of the beef. Then spread out the slices of onion over the cheese, spread the cream of chicken soup on top of the onion, and sprinkle the last pack of cheese on the top. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
