Preparation / Directions:combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a food processor pulse just to blend well mold 1 tablespoon cheese mixture around each broccoli and cauliflower floret cover and chill for 1-96 hours combine eggs, milk, flour, and 1/4 cup oil-mix well heat oil for frying to 365 degrees dip florets into batter, allowing excess to drip off add to hot oil and fry until golden drain on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels serve warm
