Preparation / Directions:Place cheese in a single layer in a 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch jelly-roll pan. In a small bowl, whisk oil, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and pepper. Pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend, turning slices occasionally.
Arrange slices on a serving plate; garnish with fresh basil. Serve with bagel chips or crackers.
