Ingredients:


12 tortillas tortillas - cut into 6 or 8 pieces each

4 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken or turkey

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

7 ounces green chili salsa

1 cup dairy sour cream

1 tablespoon onion -- grated

1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese.
 

Preparation / Directions:


Lightly grease sides and bottom of slow-cooking pot. Arrange alternate layers of tortillas with chicken and mixture of undiluted soups, salsa, sour cream, and onion. cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours. Sprinkle with cheese and cook on low another 15 or 20 minutes. Serve with orange and avocado salad, plus additional warm tortillas.
