Preparation / Directions:Cut chicken into 1-2 inch cubes. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl to made a marinade. Add chicken pieces and stir to coat. Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Thread chicken on skewers and grill or broil until is cooked thoroughly. (Juices will run clear.)
