Ingredients:


1 pound Ground chuck -- seared

1 Can Cream of mushroom soup

4 Ounces Green chilies -- chopped

1 large evaporated milk

1/2 teaspoon Oregano

1/4 teaspoon Cumin -- ground

2 cloves Garlic

1 medium Onion -- chopped

1/4 teaspoon Salt and pepper

1/2 cup Cheese -- grated

6 tortillas Corn tortillas -- browned
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix together browned meat, soup, chilies, milk, oregano, cumin, garlic, onion and salt and pepper. In bottom of dish, place a layer of browned tortillas, over this a layer of sauce, top with layer of cheese, and so on. Bake at 350 degrees til bubbly, and cheese is melted.
