Preparation / Directions:Saute onion and garlic in hot oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until tender. Add beef and brown. Stir in tomatoes, beans, peanuts, tomato paste, chili powder, salt, black pepper, cumin and hot sauce. Reduce heat. Simmer until thickened. Stir occasionally. Serve topped with peanuts and cheese.
Approximately 10-12 minutes.
