Preparation / Directions:Saute onion and garlic in margarine in a large saucepan until tender. Add salt, basil, chili powder, oregano, thyme, and pepper, stirring well. Stir in tomatoes and beans. Simmer, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
