Ingredients:


500 grams Wallaroo Bacon

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

1 kilogram Red Kangaroo Shank, Chopped

500 grams Gray Kangaroo Steak, Chopped

500 grams Ground Emu Ham

31 1/2 grams Tasmanian Light Red Chili

31 1/2 grams Wooroorooks Chili

26 1/2 grams Mount Isa Dark Red Chili

140 grams Oregano

1 tablespoons Cumin

3 tablespoons Brown Sugar

1 medium White Onion, Chopped

1 medium Brown Onion, Chopped

2 Stalks Celery Stalks, Chopped

1 medium Green Pepper, Diced

2 Cloves Garlic Minced

740 milliliter Australian Beer

1 can Whole Tomatoes
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and simmer until ready to serve. Serve hot and enjoy.
