Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Brown meat, onion and celery. Add water, tomato
sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic,
salt and pepper. Cook abt. 30 min. over med. heat. Mix
flour with a little water and add to chili. Cook
until thickened.
