Hot Chili Nuts

Ingredients:


3 Cup pecan halves

1/4 Cup margarine

1 tablespoons chili powder

3/4 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon Tabasco or hot pepper sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place margarine in a glass measuring cup. Melt it in the microwave for 20 seconds. Add spices.. Mix well. Place pecans into an 8x12-in. glass dish. Pour mixture over nuts; stir to coat well. Microwave, stirring every 2 minutes. Allow to cool and drain on paper towels. Store in an air-tight container Usually you just use your judgment on the time. about ten minutes or so will do it.…
