Old Mexico Chili

Ingredients:


1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat -- cubed, or

2 pounds hamburger

1 can tomato sauce (8oz)

1 can tomato paste (6oz)

1 can stewed tomatoes (16oz) -- optional

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce -- more if like it hot
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place all the ingredients in cooker, mix thoroughly, cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
