Preparation / Directions:Brown sausage and drain fat. Add 1 can of crushed tomatoes (Chili Style) and let simmer. Add 1 can of red kidney beans, 1 jalapeno, and brussel sprouts. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add corn and hot sauce to taste. Season with salt, pepper, and kayan pepper. Lastly, add the 1 cup of brandy for an extra kick.
