Ingredients:


3 tablespoons ancho chili pepper -- ground

1 teaspoon cumin -- ground

1 teaspoon Mexican oregano -- ground

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper to taste

1 tablespoons chipotle powder is nice also
 

Preparation / Directions:


Grind in spice or coffee grinder. Store in air tight container.
