Preparation / Directions:1. In 3-qt. microwave-safe casserole, combine pork, garlic and orange peel. Cover and microwave on high 7 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Drain.
2. Stir cornstarch and water until smooth. Add to pork mixture along with remaing ingredients. Cover and microwave on high 9 minutes stirring once during cooking.
SERVE WITH RICE OR NOODLES
