Dipping Sauce For Steamed Dumplings

Ingredients:


1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons ginger -- finely chopped

2 cloves garlic -- finely chopped

1 teaspoon rice vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients well and let set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (the longer the better). Bring to room temperature before serving.
