Fried Rice With Nuts

Ingredients:


2 cups bowl boiled rice

1 large egg

2 ounces toasted cashew nuts

1 ounce toasted almonds

1 ounce toasted peanuts

1 tablespoon soy sauce -- (1 to 2)

1 whole chile -- (optional)

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 1/2 tablespoons oil

1 medium spring onion -- chopped

1 tablespoon oyster sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat the oil, stir in the egg then add the rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper. Stir until piping hot. Place the rice onto a serving plate and garnish with cashew nuts, peanuts, almonds, spring onions and chile.
