Preparation / Directions:Heat a sturdy plate or oven-proof dish.
Slice the beef thinly and season with cornstarch, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and brandy. Mix well.
Heat the oil in a wok until smoking. Add the beef and toss quickly, then add the wine and stock and stir well.
Transfer to the hot plate and garnish with spring onion and coriander.
