Szechuan Noodles

Ingredients:


1/4 cup sesame oil

1 tablespoons hot bean paste -- to taste

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1 piece ginger -- grated to taste

1 packages pasta -- hot cooked fresh

1 cloves garlic -- minced

1 bunch scallions -- garnish shaved
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients and add to pasta; toss to coat, garnish and serve immediately. Note: Only use enough sauce to coat the pasta. Store any remaining sauce in the refrigerator.
