Preparation / Directions:Deep fry the noodles.
Note - THE NOODLES SHOULD BE DEEP FRIED AND NOT BOILED
Wrap the fried noodles in a tissue paper to absorb excess of oil.
Add the veggies.
Add the vinegar and the sauce.
Add the salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve.
