Chocolate Coconut Squares

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/3 cup flour

1/2 cup butter -- melted

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

7 ounces flaked coconut

12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter

1 Cup chopped peanuts -- for garnish
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Press mixture into an ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine condensed milk and coconut, mixing well; spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Combine chocolate morsels and peanut butter in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts; spread over coconut layer. Garnish, if desired. Cool and cut into bars.
