Preparation / Directions:


There are different type of candy molds that can be used as dessert cups. Fill each dessert cup with melted, chocolate compound. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Pour out the melted chocolate into a waxed-paper, lined pan. Place in freezer to chill. Repeat this method 2-3 times. The chocolate dessert container can be filled with ice cream, pudding, mousse, etc. Place a miniature turkey on top of the filling (pudding, etc.). Sprinkle with peanut butter chips, semi-sweet chips, etc.
