Mexican Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:


3 cups skim milk

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 piece cinnamon sticks
 

Preparation / Directions:


Warm the milk in a saucepan, then pour it into a blender. Add the cocoa, sugar, and ground cinnamon and process until frothy. Serve in warmed mugs with a cinnamon stick. 6 servings/Serving size: 1/2 cup
