Preparation / Directions:* or haddock, or pollock pieces.
In a large casserole dish, mix the vegetable oil, onion, celery, and green
pepper. Cover, cook on HIGH power (100%) for 3 minutes. Add the
chopped fish and 1 cup of milk. Cover and cook 4-5 minutes at 80%
power. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook
at 80% power until boiling hot, stirring every 4 minutes.
