Preparation / Directions:Chop vegetalbes and saute in fat in 6 quart pot. Add clam juice, water, tomatoes, noodles and seasonings. Simmer, covered, 30 minutes. Cut fish in bite size pieces; add to soup. Simmer about 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with grated cheese. 6 servings.
