Preparation / Directions:Drain clam juice, pour over vegetables and simmer 20 minutes until tender. Melt margarine; add flour, sugar and salt. Add half and half very slowly, stirring constantly. Stir until very thick, and then combine with vegetable mixture. Add clams and bacon, heat through.
