Holiday Fruit Salad

Ingredients:


15 ounces pineapple chunks -- reser juice

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons flour

1 large egg -- beaten

1 cup pecans -- chopped

3 medium bananas -- sliced

22 ounces mandarin oranges -- drained

3 medium apples -- unpeeled and chopped

1/2 pound red seedless grapes -- halved
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Drain pineapple; place juice in a small saucepan. Add sugar, flour and egg to juice, cook over low heat stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Cool 2. Combine pecans and fruit; add dressing, toss well. Chill before serving.
