Ginger's Bourbon Balls

Ingredients:


12 ounces crushed vanilla wafers

1 Cup confectioners sugar

1 Cup pecans ( chopped fine )

1/2 Cup light corn syrup

2 tablespoons non sweetened cocoa

1/2 Cup bourbon

1/2 Cup sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Except for the granualted sugar, mix all ingredients together ~ shape mixture into balls ~ roll balls into the granulated sugar ~ store in airtight container for 3 days before serving ~ keeps well for about 2 weeks.
