Apple Peach Pear Chutney

Ingredients:


1/2 pound apples -- chopped

1/2 pound peaches -- chopped

1/2 pound pears -- chopped

1 clove garlic

1 tablespoons ginger root -- chopped

1/2 cup orange juice

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon cloves

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup honey

1 cup cider vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bring all of the ingredients to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Let set refrigerated for several days before serving at room temperature.
