Preparation / Directions:combine ingredients in a crock cover and allow to stand at room temperature for 48 hours transfer to a saucepot, over a moderate flame bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until apples fall apart remove from heat, cool process into canning jars or cover and chill for up to 4 days serve at room temperature
