Indian Chutney - Microwave

Ingredients:


2 medium Apples- cored and chopped

1/2 Cup Onion- chopped

1/2 Cup Raisins

1/3 Cup Vinegar

1/4 Cup Brown sugar- packed

1/4 Cup -Water

2 tablespoons Candied citron -opt

1 teaspoon Curry powder

1/2 teaspoon -Salt

1/2 teaspoon Ginger -- ground

1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon -- ground

1/8 teaspoon Cloves ground

1 clove Garlic-peeled and minced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook all ingredients on high covered (100%) for 5 minutes. Stir. Cook uncovered for further 3 minutes. MAKES: 1 3/4 cups
